At PURGENCE, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing
 • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
 • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timelines
 • Standard Delivery (Pan India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
 • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
 • Remote Areas: May take up to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges
 • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
 • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
 • COD (Cash on Delivery) may carry a nominal handling charge.

Order Tracking
 • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
 • You can track your order on our courier partner’s website or through the link shared.

Delays
 • While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions may affect delivery times.
 • If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us at care@purgence.com or call our helpline.

International Shipping (Optional if you plan to expand)
 • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.
